I find them on craigslist around here every once in a while. Usually pretty rusty, but that's where I found my 91 here not too long ago.

You're living in the wrong place, bud. Solid, rust-free 1st gens are all over North Carolina. Central Florida has a ton, too.

This may sound dickish, but the best deals are to be had when dealing with people who don't know what they have. People who list their stuff on Craigslist as a "Cummings" are prime targets. Not many people think to search for a "Cummings", so those ads get no traffic. No traffic over extended periods lead to lower prices. So, older "cummings" ads often yield unmolested and inexpensive trucks. That's how I got mine for less money than a mid-90s Ford Ranger is worth.

Eff me runnin', dude. I just looked on Arkansas CL and you live in a 12v vacuum. The ones that are there are so overpriced I laughed out loud a few times. I'd go ahead and take that vacation, if I were you.

This is the only halfway reasonable one (barely) that I saw: https://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/cto/4227637931.html
