Default W250 spd 4" exhaust

Ok here the spill. Time for my old truck to get better mileage, and up the power. I purchase ever thing to run an inter cooler. This includes both inter cooler hoses. 1993 inter cooler. Denny T Fuel Pin stage 2. Gauges, Boost Pyrometer, RPM. I have an HX35 turbo. What will it take to adapt it in? what intake Elbow can I install to make air flow nice and smooth? Now what injectors do I need? I am looking at the DDP .50LPM. I run 40% WVO. I plan on having the pump tuned and add a Lift pump. I looking to either purchase a Airdog II 100 Or 165, but am having trouble deciding on which one. Or should I just run a Modified H40?

Oh an I have a 3200 rpm gov spring for it

You have alot of work to do. The i/c won't bolt up to the core support. You are going to either need a 91.5-93 core support or some fab work to get it in there.

Theres venders on this site that can help you with injectors. ddps in my opinion are junk.. I had a injector stick and burnt a piston.. had to argue with larry at ddp and threaten to take him to court to get my money back!!! Very bad exper!!!!

Thanks. I am Learning on this and your help is much apperated. My goal is to have bwhp to be around 225 to 300. and to still get the mileage or better. So What sticks would help and what turbo can I install to make this happen with the Denny T stage 2 the Airdog II 100 3200 spring.

if you're planning on running the stock h1c(assuming its one off a non-ic'd truck) this guy makes them to bolt right on. 1989 -1991 CoolerTubz

but if you want to run a later model h1c(1991.5-93) or an hx35, they have a v-band flange on them.

Smoke Trail, Awesome Link. And yes I am going to run an HX35. so I will need the V-band. What size, and will I have to adapt of fabricate a tube up?
