Default need some help finishing up 47rh swap

I've got everything in, now I'm at wiring a switch for od and lock up. I've read some things about it but haven't really seen a definitive answer on how to wire it so any input would help. Also how should my TV cable be adjusted and how do I adjust it? That's the only things I've got left to do besides modify the transmission and transfer case linkage rods.

On the three pin connector, the front pin is OD, middle pin is 12v keyed power, rear pin is for lockup. The keyed power is always to the connector and you control the ground circuit for OD and lockup, or ground the front and rear pin for those gear selections. If you could let me know what you all got done to your truck and before and after MPG numbers. I have the parts in the shed, but still talking myself into it being worth the time to do it and the gained mileage.
