Special tool to remove pre-heater?

Default Special tool to remove pre-heater?
I have a leak on the top of my fuel preheater. I want to take it off and replace the seal. Does it require a special tool?

It should have a slit in the nipple that holds it in, a screwdriver or key that will fit in it should get it out.
