Default O/D Help!!

Im wanting to wire my o/d to a floor headlight high low beam switch so i can control when it kicks in. Could anyone who has done this or something similiar give me some tips as to which wire goes to the actual solenoid on the tranny for o/d as well as how youve routed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

There are 2 wires that run to the OD solenoid. A dark blue one which is power, and an orange/light green one which is ground. Both of which can be picked up on the 2 connectors at the rear of the engine. The wire you want to " redirect" is the orange/light green one. Cut it, run it to your switch and ground the other side of the switch. That will leave the ecm end disconnected.

I retained my original switches using a circuit board to control a relay. I located the board under the dash and tied the ground in with others under there.
