Default Leaking Fuel

A buddy of mine has a 92 250 cummins. he brought it over to me too look at it and it is leaking fuel out of the shaft where the the throttle hooks up. it is leaking pretty good. this is my first VE pump ive worked on so im new to this. I am wondering if there is a seal there or if it is just worn, i know the truck has over 300K. any input would be excellent.

Thanks
Cody
