94 gas 2500 series dodge to 89 diesel
I have a regular cab gas 2500 series dodge 4x4 witha blown motor. Then I have a 89 diesel 4x4 regular cab with a bad frame . My question is how hard would a swap be, motor trans and transfer case.

Depends on your mechanical abilities, not that hard really, you have most of the parts you will need. Of course it would be easier to use a 2nd gen 12 valve but run what ya got i say.
