truck is gutless now
Okay so I had to turn my pump down for emissions testing and I turned down everything switched my fuel pin for my stock one but come to think of it the only thing I haven't touched is the starwheel. I then tuened my pump back up again and now its just gutless. Its gone from 25 pounds of boost to 15. Please help me

Is it possible that the fuel pin is not turned completely in the right direction? Think about how you tuned it the first time. Slowly change one thing at a time until your sure it was where you had it before. Make sure the boost line to the pump is tight. Try not to panic, at least it is still running

my fuel pin is a bd pin and it is turned the right way. so im not sure what could be wrong with it now. its very irratating. I checked for any boost leaks and there all sealed up tight. Im not a guy who likes to smoke people out all the time but it used to roll some coal and now it doesnt. so there has to be a problem with the fuel somewhere.

On my '90 D250 I had the pin which follows the notch in the fuel pin get stuck in the old crusty grease. It made it gutless alright. Made me think I was driving an old gas L6. I had to take the bracketry off the throttle shaft to get to the nut/bolt thing to remove the pin and clean it off.
There is an off-chance you can reach down onto the bore the fuel pin sits in and work it loose with needle-nose pliers... maybe some WD40. It spring loaded and should ride against the notch in the fuel pin.
