1st of all, we need to know WHERE the KSB is leaking. At the fuel line coming into the top? At the screw in plug towards the front, toward the radiator? Between the KSB and the Pump?
There are seals and gaskets there....on the top where the fuel line screws in, if its dripping there, as quit a few do, try snugging it some more with a line wrench. Don't use a regular open end wrench, that not rounds off easily, and when it does, can be a bitch unless you put vise grips on it....
However, I've seen the flair crack on the metal tube from being over-tightened, alot of times, just have to put a new line on.
Now, again, where is this puppy leaking at?

Well, on the back side if it closest to the driver, there is a pretty big sized brass fitting, it seems to be leaking a little from the bottom of that fitting. Also, i feel i should mention that i have done all the normal tweaks to the pump. Advanced timing, totated pin, tightened smoke screw, screwed down star wheel, and turned in power screw a couple turns.

Theres a oRing or a flat seal back there, probably needs replacing....just under that screwin plug.
