Take it back to the mechanic and request a fuel pressure test.

Have you took it to the dodge dealership and had them check to see if its under the recall?

Also have you tried turning your fuel pin and adjusting the pump yourself?

What work have you done to the engine performance wise?

You could try swapping back to the old fuel pin and spring but I don't think that's your problem. I know that my truck had an issue with fueling from the gasket not sealing which you can look into and it lost power from that.

Do you have any place that looks like its leaking? Also do you have a pyro gauge and a boost gauge? What kind of intake do you have?

I would check the timing to make sure it's with the factory specs but you shouldn't have to advance it with just adjusting the pump. Other than that you could check out the injectors and see if you need to have them flushed or possibly replace them for aftermarket performance injectors.

If you swap for these injectors I would recommend a bigger exhaust and a BHAF.

Have you checked your fuel pressure?
