Default shortbed cummins swap in progress!

i bought an 85 w150 with a 318 auto that run excellent, with a near perfect body, and then there is the old 92 that has been to hell and back, more than once! it is a five speed, I was wanting to fix it up but by the time I fixed the body and rust I would've had 5 grand in it. so I bought a shortbed and tore them both down.

Are the frames basically the same style or is the 250 bigger and stronger. I always wanted to do a ram charger swap

I haven't had a lot of time to work on it lately, and its been pretty cold, but we got the 5 lug front end out and about to switch the 8 lug. also got the fuel tanks switched.

got the front end bolted in and decided to go on and drop the motor and tranny in. it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. the motor mounts fit perfect, but when we went to bolt up the transmition crossmember, the bolt holes wont line up. only a minor setback! the old red and white truck is nothing but a hull now! we should have it running by this weekend.
