How to make intake horn

Does anyone know what I would need to make a custom intake horn for my 1990 cummins? Ive never found one for first gens on any websites. Its supposed to flow air alot better I hear. Any help or advice is appreciated.

I have heard that a second gen horn will work but they are pretty pricey, so you could either build one or buy a second gen one.
