Exhaust haze

Exhaust haze
I recently got my injection pump on my 1991.5 cummins completely rebuilt, but now when it's running it has a haze (more like a cloud) when it idles as you will see in the attached picture. I would like to believe I'm not burning oil since it never did this before I got the pump rebuilt. I know the pump has an upgraded fuel pin which was installed by the previous owner and the 3200 rpm spring and when it was rebuilt I had the shop turn up the fuel 10% from stock before it was bench tested. The engine runs good at idle and all the way up until the pedal collides with the radiator. Now, that being said, from the reading I've done on my own I'm confident in saying I believe I just need to adjust my timing or I may have an injector problem, maybe even both. So before I declare war and throw more parts and my Saturdays into this I'd just like to hear some opinions from people that know more than I do. All help is much appreciated.
