3 inch downpipe to 4.5 exhaust

Where can i find an adapter from my 3 inch downpipe to a 4.5 inch exhaust? And will this even work?

never heard of a 4.5" exhaust for a first gen but tv diesel sells the diamond eye full 4 inch straight pipe kit for 269 comes with 4" downpipe TV Diesel - 1st Generation Dodge (1989-1993)

Check napa.I got a 3 to a 4 years ago I think they can get different sizes.

well its not an actual exhaust kit its steel drain pipe and its in an 11 foot segment. Im running it from the 3 inch downpipe and back to my stack.
