where to find the proper positive battery cable?

I have been trying to find a replacement positivebattery cable and have come up empty anyone know where to find one?

Best bet is to just make your own, or take your old one to a big truck shop and have them make you one. I'd hate to think what the dealer wants for one.

I had my local napa store make me one about 3 weeks ago.
