Default slight white smoke and miss

last night i drove home from work and sitting in the driveway i revved it up and held it at a little above half throttle and i could feel a miss. nothing big. then i started it this morning and noticed a little white haze coming out the exhaust pipe. i revved it up and it got a little thicker. after i let it come to idle it went away. air in fuel? injectors? lift pump issue? turns out i wasn't leaking fuel from the lift pump just some oil from the valve covers.

White smoke? air in the fuel would be my next guess then an interal problem with the pump or timing issue.

sounds like possibly a lift pump since it idles fine. change your fuel filter and then check your fuel pressure.
