I don,t have any answers for you, but I am hoping someone does, because I too, have poor seal along the post seal. Going down the highway my truck seals leak and there is that constant wind noise. I am not sure if maybe my door is bent from previous owner damage, but I was thinking about changing door seals too. Hoping to hear some good advice in your request......

this is what i did to fix mine after replacing the door pins. get a piece of paper and put it between the rubber seal, and the door, close the door. With your window down, start down by the mirror. and see if you can pull it out ,should have some resistance.check all the way .around to the door handle. i had to bend the top part of the door frame,in to get it to where it was hard to pull the paper out .with out ripping it. Make sure you have your window down then you pull on the frame to the door.Do a litte at a time as not to break any spot welds . Hope this helps Rob

Just get foam sticky insulation from Home Depot. Get the 3/4" wide stuff thats about 1/2" thick. Stick that all around the door. Then go around the body. You will get such an air tight cab that the doors will become hard to close unless you crack a window.

Rob hit the nail on the head..... you have to put a 2x4 in the door jam and tweek the top part of the window frame, i have to roll a window down to shut my doors now.
