Get a 2nd gen adjustable boost elbow n plumb it into an empty port in the intake then run a line over to the wg n set it to 30 psi.

As long as your not going over like 35 psi your fine. Can't tell you that one I just know with an hx35 with a non gated 16cm exh housing, 180 horse p pump and 120 horse fuel plate with afc tuning I cant get over 1150 passing. climbing steep mountains i can keep it at 1150 and tow at 100-110 kmh so it's not bad. but I have a bigger exh housing then an hx35 comes with so that helps.

Enlarge it? No it will open the gate now at about 17 psi. What you can do to get 30 psi is put a hose clamp on the rubber line or put in a needle valve so you can accuratly adjust the pressure that the gate opens at.

1stgen, since your the only one with any help for me another question. The fittings for the oil line are different. any idea what size fitting i need to get the line to reduce to the hx35? or should i just look for an oil line off of another dodge?

On your h1c there should be a fitting between the turbo and the line. take it out n put it in the hx35 if u dont have one in it. the hx35 uses the same feed line as the h1c. if not try a line n adapter off a p pump truck with an hx turbo. i got one of the fittings at my house but thats 4 hours away n I dont plan to be back soon.

^^Thats what I did.

I have a boost elbow on mine too, but don't have a gauge yet. It definitely spools faster than the H1C.
