When the truck is at idle in park or neatral it idles fine. but when put into gear w.o having foot on the gas pedal. it will stay running when I have the idle adjusted way up but when i set the idle to a normal range it will stall. the truck just wants to go as soon as its put into gear but truck runs great if i get it going down the road. truck is p pumped. i can tell the kick down bracket is not hooked up right maybe its that also maybe a bad torque converter??? i have replaced tranny fluid and filter, replaced fuel filter. and messed around with the idle.

kick down lever wouldnt have anything to do with that?
