My '92 D250 had an after market electric lift pump failure lat week. I replaced the failed pump and now I can't get the truck to run. I bled the injectors, per the video posted on here, the truck started and idled but only with the pedal to the floor. By then my battery was toast. I put the charger on it two days ago, got fully charged, I went out this morning to start it and now it won't even run... Turns over great, but still not getting enough fuel, I believe. Air still trapped in the lines? Something with the injector pump?

 

Keep bleeding till you get solid fuel coming out the injector lines. You may have bleed all 6 a couple times. Did you bleed fuel at the fuel filter?

 

The water separator, near the new lift pump, has a prime/pump on top of it. I primed the new pump and saw no bubbles left in the separator sight window. I'll try bleeding the injectors again.
