Repaired my Gearshift the other day.
Here is my style repair for my stick shift on my 1991.5 Dodge Cummins, made a collar and welded it to the stick and had 4 nuts welded (will be 8 total) to the collar and 4 bolts as locking screws(Grade 8 from Tractor Supply, will be 8 total when done).

The cast threaded bolt stem part had broken off on the way home, downshifting is a pain in the **** I suppose. It had seen better days already though.
