Default Engine level Left - Right

Looking at my truck as I'm tearing into it for the first time I noticed that the motor isn't sitting level but tilted with the high side being towards the driver side. My question is, is this any issue with the level of pumping oil over the top of the valves or drawing fuel for even combustion? I'm not sure why it sits this way other then I guess it was how it came out to line up to the trans. Just a bit odd.

Nope wont cause a prob like that unless on a side hill or steep incline/downgrade. uhm I'd look for a broken motor mount or something there supposed to sit straight up n down in there not leaning at all.
