Ok guys, I need some pics of your OEM 1991.5 and up radiator set ups! I understand that the 91.5 to 93 radiators are a different design (crossflow) and i need to see how this will work in my 90. My 90's radiator is shot, so I am making something custom to put in it, I want it to be cross flow and BIG, so I just need some pictures of your radiators, if you don't mind.

What I really need to know is where the inlet is (top pass or driver?), where the bottom outlet is, and what the hose setup and thermostat housing looks like.

I dont have any pics but you can definitely find better than just pics...you can find drawings online if you just search for a 92 diesel radiator on a couple auto parts websites. It will show dimensions and everything. FYI the inlet at the top is drivers side and straight out the direction of the truck and the outlet is passenger side bottom again straight out. If you can get an OEM one and braze up any leaks you'll have a far more BEEFY radiator than the aftermarket ones.
