Auto...everything is a 1994 1 ton except the cab and box..the frame was shortened to fit shortbox.rebuilt 5.9 12 valve cummins and rebuilt tranny with 10k on it.8 inch BDS lift with 37'' nitto mud grapplers,17''chrome fuel rims.duel 4 inch MBRP exhaust. custom rear drive shaft.and airbags in rear your saying it's worth the trade ?

Sounds to me someone put alot of time and money into it, I'd make the trade depending on how the frame work was done

The 96 Cummins is a great motor, but the trucks tend to fall apart around the motor. And the big tires and lift are really hard on them. Make sure that the right parts were used with the lift (control arms, track bar, new bushing and etc.)

The front end and brakes on the 04 are much better, but then you just have a hemi.
