Alright, so I'm ready to buy my first truck. I really am a cummins fan, and I've got my eye on a local truck. It's a '94 Ram 3500 dually 12v, single cab, 4wd, nearly-new tires, 4" mbrp straight pipe, boost gauge, and a few other turbo-related goodies with 194,000 miles. It is an automatic, but the guy states that it has been rebuilt with billet input/output shafts, and a shift kit. He is asking $5000 for it, and the body has a little rust on the cab corners, and on the bed. I asked about the front end, and he says it drives well. How does this sound to you guys? I'm driving a half hour tomorrow morning to take it for a drive and get some pics. Anything I should look for? Leaks, wearing, anything? Thanks for your opinions, it is much appreciated.

Yeah, if it's clean. Hopefully he did a billet TC too while he was doing the other tranny mods. I'd ask. Unless he's upgraded the front end, it probably won't go down the road straight without constant attention. If this is the case you may be able to talk him down a little more.
Drives nice. Pulls hard, he says there's a new shift kit also, not sure if it's billet. The rust is a little worse than expected, and the clear coat is missing on alot of the paint. I talked him down to $4500. I think I'm gonna take it! Here's pics:
