Checked as many connections as I can find, short of pulling the gauge cluster out. Spacing on the sensor to harmonic balancer is .020 as it should be. How does the sensor work? Is it a magnetic pickup in the balancer? Truck has been parked for about 3 years and I just acquired it. There are a few eletrical issues that I have already worked through, but this one has me stuck. Also, I found that with key off, there is a power draw on the fuel pump fuse on the drivers side fender fuse box. If I leave the fuse in, the batteries will be dead in about 20 hrs. Can't find any shorts in the wires. What does this fuse power? Any one have a good wiring schematic?

No signs of critters. It was stored inside the shop. I do have power to the senor, and I do have a good ground. I had the cluster out and found small amount of corrosion on the terminals. Cleaned with eletrical contact cleaner and brushed them clean. The only thing that I have not been able to find is were the sensor goes between the crank and the dash. I don't want to cut open the wire loom if I don't have to. Still looking for a good complete wiring schematic.
