Default low boost

hi i just recently installed gauges and a 5 fuel plate. the highest my boost will get to is like ten or twelve. i looked at the boost line for the gauge and its kinked in three places the egts are normal and it feels like it still has good power. do you guys think the kinked line would cause the gauge to read so far off?

I would see if the company that makes your gauge has any replacements available.

tygon tubing works best and easily found in the stores

if yer boost is still low make sure to check every boot from the charger out..................the clamps always are loose

tighten all yer clamps on the boots from the chargeer to interccoler in and out then also to the intake horn........you have a leak

if it still shows no boost then yer wastegate is leaking or partially stuck open

Imma chime in on this thread instead of starting a new one. I just installed a boost elbow and i didnt notice any significant difference in boost once spooled and on spool up. Should I? Or does the elbow not really do much for boost..
