Default felpro headgasket and head bolts

Are fellow head gaskets any good for th iese trucks? Are head bolts at the local parts stores any good? What brand head bolts are good to use and what ones are junk? The felpro gasket kit has a head gasket with it and I was going to use it.

I cant say on the head gasket but if you already have the head off i would put it back together with head studs. Ask the vendors in the price quote section, they'll take car of you.

I might build the motor i pulled out and put head studs in it. I still have the stock tranny right now and want to build it first. If I stud the motor now I will end up turning way up now and breaking the tranny. I am trying to fix the truck cheap incase there is something else wrong with it. I bought it with a rod knock so i haven't even drove it yet.

x2 on the mighty diesel head bolts they are cheap and they run them on their pulling truck so you know they can handle some boost.
