So when I floor it the tach only reads about 2500 and won't push past. The engine seems like its not reving any higher so I think its just not going past 2500. How do I cure this? Also, anyone interested in a 47RE? Got one with a billit tq, shift kit and upgraded clutch packs.

 

Sounds like you need gov springs, prob don't wanna know how much you want for that 47re

I've been thinkin about doing the 4k springs and 60# valve springs. Idk I think 1000 for the trannys a fair price. I'd be willing to travel to deliver it. Thing was built as a spare tranny but I'm lookin to do a NV4500 swap and don't need 2 built auto trans. The one in the truck is built the same way.
