Trenton;
even Bosch (!) does make custom injectors only in large quantities!
They claim out of 10 only 8 reach the goal.
So there is no injector enlargement by our own. Go, get some OE injectors.
Even a CNC machine will not work- The holes are precision cut with a powerful Laser. Adjustment and measurement is done also with a laser.
Bosch claims to be able to achieve a 10 % tolerance. That means injectors should be sold as matched pairs.

If you use aftermarket injectors, you should check the exhaust temperatures for every single combustion chamber to avoid overheating.

Anyone who claims to do custom work on injectors contacts commonly the manufacturer. Spray pattern and adjustment is very sensitive work. The higher the pump pressure the more difficult it is to achieve an even and uniform spray pattern.

I figure maybe an EDM machine, either way big bucks& you probably oughta know what your doing, or have a disposable truck to try it out on.
