I recently got my first turbo diesel a 95 cummins ex cab 2wd I love my new truck, but I think i need to replace my trans temp sensor because the light comes on and it won't shift into OD but when I'm not in the throttle as much the light will go off and it'll shift into OD for a few seconds then the light will come on and it'll go back to 3rd can anybody give me some detailed instructions on replacing it and pics if possible thanks

 

Put a 1000 ohm resister in line, I left the temp sensor hooked up and put the resister in line in front of it with the resister going from one wire to the other wire. Cures the waiting on temp for it to go into OD and lockup.
