Default Fuel tank pressure

Is it normal to remove your fuel cap and it be under pressure? This is my first truck I have ever noticed this on, does it mean anything?

Thermal expansion within the tank, the tanks are meant to vent via fuel cap in-ward not outward so I wouldn't be suprised if it held back the pressure. I couldn't think of any issues

ya i cant see anything else causeing that. i could see a bad injector or cup in a different engine pressurizing the fuel system but there is really no other way in a mechanical engine that i can think of either
