I had this problem a while ago, took my TPS out cleaned it thoroughly, and didnt have the problem again for 2 months. I recently (in the last month) started having the SAME issue again. I recently replaced the alternator, checked batteries, re-grounded all 17 grounds, and installed the BD APPS Noise Isolator. I also replaced the TPS only finding out that it was still doing the same thing, so i returned the new TPS and put in the old one...

Still having the same issues. Any ideas guys?? Its turning into a money pit trying to figure out whats causing it

P.S. There is some play with the bell crank which connects to TPS...so maybe its the bushings?

 

Did you check your voltage at idel and then trough the throttle stroke?
Might try the POT in place of the TPS. I have not tried it but some folks say it is the way to go.
