Default aux fuel

i am wanting to put an auxillarry fuel tank in the bed of my truck and be able to run my truck off of has anybody done this how much stuff do i have to do

Get a transferflow setup and it comes with everything you need... Or look at their install manuals and it'll give you a good idea what you need.

This is one of those projects you can do many different ways, depending on your budget and how sophisticated you want to get with it. The gamut runs from remote control electrically switched feed and return transfer valves on the high end to simple gravity drain transfer tank-to-tank on the low end and everything in between. I have aux tanks in both my trucks. The 1st Gen runs an independent 50 gal with manual valves and the '07 has a gravity fed transfer to the main tank. Both were done for around $200 in parts including used aluminum boat tanks. The cost for the pre-fab full-up transfer flow kits like metioned above is mind boggling (to me).

gravity feeding is illegal is some states though
