THE TRUCK WILL ONLY GO FORWARD. In park it has a surge like it wants to move, then reverse is the same way, nuteral is lik a low gear. But if u take the truck down the road in drive itll shift perfect. All the bands are correct. All the linkage is correct. When u remove the valve body and apply air to the reverse plunger everything is good..... Is it the valve body???

 

I would say that it is in the valve body

Yup. It was all rebuilt in Feb. But a ARM in there broke that controls the front band and when i replaced it there was a lot of shavings. I'm thinking its cloged

 

Sounds like it but if u have the cash u could buy a new heavier duty one
