Default What is gonna happen

I got a lift pump on the way and i was wondering what would happen if i just put it in with the rest of the pickup stock fueling components? it does have a 3k gsk, intake and straight pipe. and the lift pump is an airdog II 165 gph. any advice would be appreciated, thanks

There is a valve on the IP that regulates the fuel pressure. the LP shouldn't change ANYTHING unless the old LP was failing.
