How much horse power does a 1996 12 valve make stock? And what's the mpgs stock?

180 hp 420 ft lbs if i remember correctly.

What's the best fuel plate to use?

Depends on what tranny. 96 autos has 180hp and 96 manuals had 215hp.

The free mods would be pump work (fuel plate and AFC). Although its free for the fueling to get to 300 rear wheel, you have to pay a little to get the airflow needed (air filter and exhaust) and the gauges to keep an eye on EGT's and boost.

true ! i failed to mention the cost of the supporting mods for all that fuel but eastern aggie caught it

got to summit racing. they have a summit brand cold air kit that is 60$ cheaper then the k&n kit and it is the exact same kit! it even comes with a k&n brand filter.
