Default lookin for advice on a truck im lookin at

so i am lookin for me a "new" truck stipulations.. manuel trans, cummins, 4x4 perferably 12v
and cheap so i found this one. not perfect and a lotta miles but not bad lookin and she started easier then my 24v with 150k. body is straight with no rust i saw. let me know what you think it is worth here in colorado. its a regular cab and stock on the outside. the fuel guage dosent work because the sending unit is bad according to the owner same story with the coolant temp. its got the lil tiny 93 intercooler along with 93 radiator with some custom flex pipe intercooler pipe and custom downpipe. at work we have a exhaust tubing bender so i will probably build some pipes. just lookin to see what you all think about it and what it would be worth with that many miles! thanks tyler

1995 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel
Truck has over 400,000 miles,Engine is a 1993 12 valve with about 280,000 miles and runs like a clock. 5spd trans with new clutch, new rebuild on tranfer case.
New starter and alternator
new front brakes
This truck was a project of mine but I just dont have time for it now,it needs paint and minor body work and some finishing touches but would make an excellent work truck just as it is the 5.9 12 valve in it gets 20 mpg averege and is very strong, the truck comes with two complete sets of tires and wheels-winter and summer.

body is straight, but the ad says it needs paint and minor body work...??? What's the minor body work?

What happened to the stuff that is supposed to be in it? (engine, CAC, etc) How did it end up with a '93 engine, CAC, and etc?

I'd pass, sounds like you'd be buying someone else's headache.
