You might also check you hose clamps on your boost plumbing and also the intake horn gasket and mounting bolts. With your increased boost, it's easy to gain a leak.
Outside temp will greatly affect your egts, but it's more of a side by side comparison as in same hill, same load, same wind, different temp. 20 degs cooler can equal 200-300 degrees egt.

quick question, i looked online at star wheel adjustment is that that thing on the inside of the injection pump you remove the allan head bolt on top and its a spring thats in there side ways. sorry if its hard to under stand

thanks, turning it towards the engine is better and what do i use to do that sorry if it sounds retarded

little screwdriver. its best to take the whole housing off do the washer flip grind the foot and tune it with air.

i want the star wheel cranked, even though it says that in my sig i am not 100%, sure about if it is cranked down towards the engine the directions is unclear by looking at a picture

you turn the wheel so that the top of it rotates towards the engine. i still recommend tuning the AFC not guessing. there is a fuel screw under a cover on the back of the pump too if you just like cranking things. LOL
