On my selenoid harness the middle wire which pulls the selenoid into on position has power when testing it unplugged, but when I plug it in or try to jump it by the plug it doesn't have power, just put a new selenoid in and it holds up if pushed manually, any ideas?

 

Could it be a relay problem perhaps?
