um sir your fuel pump is not maxed out. just sayin. and surge is hard to say what it is unless i hear it but im guessing its automatic if its surging not sayin a manual dont ive always experienced it in automatics

only reason i say its not maxed out is u asked a question what it maxes to. u can have one maxed out at a pump shop and in my opinion a shop can only do it. whats all done to your pump ? dv's, afc mods? fuel plate? gsk kit? dual feed? timing advanced? wat cc's is it pushing? rack plug? different cam or plungers?

thats turbo becuase ( not alot has been done to anything) your turbo has a wastegate and when the turbo spools a certain amount of psi it will open and surge. and if it needs a fuel pump abort abort unless it needs a lift pump. can i talk to him is this truck on craigslist somewhere or is it a friend?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

borg warner turbo? ask him wat size inducer/compressor/ exhaust housing is. s300 chasis turbo can vary in numbers.
