Default Motor Oil in the Inercooler???

I rolled my truck a few weeks ago, and it sat upside down for an hour or so till I was able to get it flipped back over. Currently I'm in the process of taking the truck apart to the chassis to brink it back better and put a new cab and what not on. After taking my intercooler off I found motor oil in the tubes spreading from the turbo to the intake horn. I havent yet takin the engine apart any more but what has caused this.

Could be engine being upside down for that long have oil come through the head out the intake? or could it be my turbo? how much work am I looking at here?

SO there was most likely already oil in the intercooler before I rolled it? Is that the only possible explanation?

That would be the only real way that oil could get in there. Get a new turbo or rebuild this one and take the inter cooler in and get it steamed cleaned!
