I just bought a truck that the headgasket turned into hardcore knocking so its gettin rebuilt.
Whats the best 12 vavle rebuild kit? COmplete with mahle pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, etc.
WHat about getting the larger ''marine'' bowl pistons?

 

You have two very good choices. Pure Diesel Power or Mamau Diesel! They both can set you up with kits. And IMHO there is no reason why you shouldnt go with the larger bowl.

I just rebuilt my 12er and I used enterprises kit cheaper then pure I better gaskets call them ask for Josh good people to deal with I went with the marine bowl and she runs real nice no hard starts
