Default Transfer box leak

HI all my transfer box leaks from between the rear face of the box and where the next casting (leading to the output shaft to the rear axle) coming from the rear of the box meets the main box. its a bit of a funny shape and just to the right of th eoil level bolt, is the re a gaset in there and if so does ayonehave aprt number and manufactureer/supplier for it as i can;t find much out about them, as usual!

Thanks, Bill

Do you mean where the transfer case meets the transmission?

no, the oppositie side theres like an extra casting which the prop to the rear axle enters the transfer case, where this casating meets the main case atf leaks out.

It is most likely just your transfer case output shaft seal. They leak all the time.
