I know I asked a question similar to this before, but will a 3rd gen grille match up and work on a 2nd gen truck with the 3rd gen bumper as well?

and also will the 3rd gen lights work with that concept with the 2nd gen fenders? They seem like a close match, but has anyone seen or done this?

 

I'm sure it could but you would have to do some modifications.

 

Some people do 3rd gen front end swaps. There's a few guys on dodgetalk that did it.

bumpers should fit but i havnt tried to put one on my 12valve so can say,as for grille & tailights they fit just fine & you cant even tell the difference

 

I put 2006 tail lights on my 1998. They fit with alot of modificatons to the bed, but it can be done.
