Muffler bearings yep most definitely muffler bearings

Seriously though get the timing checked and go from there.

I thought muffler bearings at first but it spools good, n whistles nicely at idle.


all most everyone on every forum so far pretty much is pointing at timing right now.

That means its the rear muffler bearing no doubt, or a spark plug issue.

Timing/Fuel Pressure/Bad overflow valve can all look the same.

As mentioned a bad overflow valve will do that. The fuel pressure drops off as engine speed increases, causes the timing to retard. Mine did that, OFV fixed it.
