Default 91 & 94 4x4 Cummins

ok guys, just because i'm trying to get both these trucks running to thier full potential ASAP i'm posting this here...

i have two CTDs - one '94 3500 and one 91 250, i'm thinking both are starting to have injector issues and am hoping to upgrade them if that is in fact the problem so i'm figuring about 800 for injectors for both of them, and giving a basic budget of 2 k more what do you guys suggest?

3200 RPM governor spring for the VE, just rebuild the VE actually, the new ULSD fuel eats up the old seals, the kit and the 3200 spring are less than 50 bucks, turn the star wheel all the way to the bottom then back up 3 turns, grind the fuel pin down some, turn in your fuel screw (YOU WILL HAVE TO ADJUST YOUR IDLE) and also turn the speed screw out, GET A PYROMETER WITH ALL THAT STUFF SINCE YOUR TOWING.....whats cool is you can do all that for around 200 bucks if you cut the fuel pin yourself, the pyrometer will cost the most, probably 90-120 bucks, rebuild kit w/ spring 50, if you want to spend another 150 get the 16cm compressor housing or find a good used factory HX35 off a P-pump truck, for injectors you can do PODS or stay with stocks, all that stuff i listed and i would recommend PODS or another good aftermarket injector........

ANY QUESTIONS JUST SHOOT ME A PM.....

You can get injectors for about $400 - $500 for each of em.

I'd recommend a set of New Era Diesel 370s or 435s for the 94 and a set of PODs for the 91.

If ya don't already have gauges then those are a must after the injector upgrades. EGT/Boost min. and trans. temp. if ya got an auto.
