Could someone give me advice on replacing my PCM or have any directions. Thanks

just pull it and change it out! no other things to do realy, mine works fine and the dash is not the same one, some people say that it has to be vin programed but mine isn't and works just fine.

the #'s? like vin on the truck, dash pcm and ecm? mine doesn't and it works fine my pcm and ecm match but nothing else does
