I would take a look at the wiring for your left blinkers, front and rear. See if maybe you have a wire that's grounding out somewhere.

i had a problem like this.... but it was my park lights and brake light.. my issue was the wiring harness was rubbing on the frame and wore the wires bare and caused them to ground out. my issue was up under the driver side front wheel well. you dont have to pull the liner just get down and look up by the frame horn. you will see the harness . it is supposed to be anchored to the frame but the plastic think broke and it just rubbed the frame till it shorted.. hope this helps... if u need pics to locate the harness let me no. hope this helps

I had my park lights and head lights get a mind of their own but i found that the headlight switch was getting hot and burning up. I put a new one on it and it did the same thing so i just wired in two toggle switches.

well i figured out i was popping fuses so i replaced them all and did an experiment. the hazard lights fuse pops first out of the few fuses that blew. but it only takes a few seconds for it to blow weather the truck is on or off. would the problem would lie somewhere in between the fuse box and the blinker switch?

check headlamp switch if its nvr been done they can cause electrical fires, i had mine literraly melt to dash and some wires, dodge or som1 came out with an updated headlamp switch and pigtail, i have had mine in with lots of leds and lights drawing on it with no issues so far...
