Yeah checked them all. The number 12 on the dash I just replaced but now when i start it it just revs up automatically. I dont even hit the throttle. And they were the ones where the wires are side by side and you close a plastic cover over them. Its hard to explain sorry

Well, this is beyond me, I am at a loss. Not sure what you did. So my next advice would be to have it scanned see if it show any codes. You might want to get a service manual and look at a wiring diagram/schematic.

figure out for sure which wires you spliced. Sounds like you shorted something out. Post up which ones you did splice, and hopefully someone can point you in the right direction on what to check next.

like i said some wire splices like the ones quadzilla sends with their chips, are rough on wires and if you use them they will actually cut the wire, i would take them all completely off and check the wires very good.

I'll repeat my post on the other thread...

You are saying you spliced into the SOLID orange wire by mistake correct?
If you can, check the voltage you are getting now on the solid orange wire. You should be reading +5.0V.

The solid orange wire has to do with the governor pressure used for shifting.

Also reset the computers via battery disconnect.

Read page 11 of this PDF for more information on what wire you messed with...

http://www.jegs.com/InstallationInst...51-1030418.pdf

Reading in some other forums I've seen other people having to mess with this wire after rebuilding their transmissions. Search for "47re pin 31".

So what Voltage are you getting??? Lower or higher than +5V???
Or any at all??
